Description: Palais CoburgThe Palais Coburg Hotel is housed in the former palace of Duke Ferdinand of Saxe-Coburg & Gotha. Built in 1840 by the architect Karl Schleps, the Palais Coburg Hotel has a Neo-Classical façade with imposing freestanding columns forming the central section.
The Palais Coburg was completely restored and refurbished in 2003 to provide a luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Vienna. The Palais Coburg Hotel contains 34 luxury suites, 9 magnificent function rooms, a gourmet restaurant, a second restaurant ?Clementine im Glashaus?, exclusive bar, garden pavilion and a spa.

Type of rooms: Palais CoburgPalais Coburg contains 34 luxury suites with an average size of 100m2. Every suite has been individually decorated and named after one of the historic figures associated with the Saxe-Coburg & Gotha family.
All suites feature: separate entrance, living and sleeping areas, fully-equipped kitchen with minibar, luxurious bathroom, separate WC, Individual air-conditioning control, PC with standard office programs, internet access and intranet for the services offered by the hotel, TV in living and bedrooms, DVD/CD-player and own video channels.
Imperial: The magnificent Imperial Suites are located on the second floor with generous living-room, a large terrace with a view over the Palais gardens and the City Park, bedroom, bathroom, sauna, a luxurious kitchen and a guest WC. Furnishings are in the Empire style or Directoire style.
Palais: The Palais Suites are on the first and second floors with views over the Palais gardens. They offer a living area, bedroom, bathroom, in some instances with an extra-large tub, well-appointed kitchen and guest WC. The furnishings are in the 18th century French and Italian style (Louis XVI/Directoire).
City: The City Suites are on the first and third floors with views over the old city centre. They include a living room, bedroom, luxurious bathroom, kitchen and guest WC. The furnishings are in cherry wood.
Modern: The Modern suites are situated on the third and attic floor with views over the rooftops. They have a contemporary design and are named after their main feature: Loft, Penthouse, Wintergarten (Conservatory) and Patio.

Silvio Nickol Gourmet Restaurant: Palais Coburg hosts the Silvio Nickol Gourmet Restaurant, awarded with two Michelin stars and four Gault Millau toques. Chef Silvio Nickol is synonymous with creative cuisine of the highest level and offers creative interpretations of classic dishes as well as exceptionally composed innovations.
Clementine im Glashaus: The hotel also has a contemporary restaurant Clementine im Glashaus serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Located in the greenhouse it offers a view of the Palais. Guests can savor their food while relaxing in the outdoor seating area. Four years after the opening the restaurant is now known as trendy culinary hotspot within the Viennese crowd to spend leisure time.
Wine cellars: The luxury hotel boasts six wine cellars with around 60.000 bottles from all over the world dating back to 1727. This wine selection made it to the World's Best Wine List in 2014 and 2017, as well as the Best Wine List in Europe for 2015 and 2016 by the renowned magazine ?World of Fine Wine?.
Bar: The welcoming lobby bar serves wines, alongside coffee, cocktails, and snacks.

Events: The Palais Coburg contains 14 different events venues with a total floor space of over 1.000m², including impressive ceremonial rooms, the Coburg Vaults exhibition spaces and the Johann Strauss Concert Hall.
