Attractions within easy reach of the hotel include the Matterhorn museum, the Taugwalder house and the parish church of St. Mauritius.

Europe Hotel & Spa has twenty-three traditional rooms in the main building, twelve of which have a view of the Matterhorn, and sixteen modern Alpine-style rooms in the new building, which opened in 2010. The two wings are connected by a building housing the reception, the lounge bar and the lobby. The hotel's restaurant serves a delicious gourmet menu in the evening, accompanied by a fine selection of international and Valais wines. Guests will also be impressed by the striking architecture of the modern spa facilities, featuring a magnificent whirlpool bath, steam bath, Finnish and organic herbal sauna, along with a relaxation room.

Double Room with Matterhorn View:
These rooms, with views of the Matterhorn, are located in the traditional building and feature a south-facing balcony and rustic furniture. They are equipped with a flat-screen TV, a mini-bar, a safety deposit box and a bathroom with shower and hair dryer. Twin beds. Room size 27 sq m.
Design Double Room:
These rooms are located in the modern annexe, and feature contemporary décor. Twin beds.
Superior Double Room:
These rooms are located in the modern annexe next to the main building, and feature contemporary décor and large en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. These rooms do not have views of the Matterhorn. Twin beds. Room size 38 sq m.
