Description: La Residenza Napoleone III

The Residenza Napoleone III is one of the most luxurious and unique places to stay in Rome. Situated in a XVI Century Palazzo on Rome's Legendary Via Condotti, the Residenza is named after Emperor Napoleon III, who lived here in 1830. Careful renovation has restored the apartment to its original splendour.

The Residenza Napoleone consists of three magnificent rooms, each more impressive than the next with antique furnishings, massive oil paintings, XVI Century tapestries, parquet floors and hand-stencilled walls. The master bedroom has a large canopied bed draped with beautiful fabrics and silks. One of the six huge oil painting in the bedroom forms the headboard while another painting opens to reveal an exquisite marble bathroom.

Guests enter the Palazzo through massive wooden doors and pass along an elegant arcade of Doric columns with ancient artefacts on display that were excaved onsite. A grand marble staircase, lined with antique marble busts of Roman Emperors, leads up to the entrance of the apartment.

Low Season: From the 9th of Jannuary to end of month, February (excluding San Valentine days: 13,14,15 Feb.), August (minimum stay of 3 nights), November, December (until the 19th), the Napoleone Suite at 1.100,00 euros, Roof Garden at 600,00 euros and Napoleone Suite plus Blue Room at 1.500,00 euros.

Booking and cancellation policy

Booking is confirmed by filling out a reservation form and faxing it to the hotel along with credit card details.

Cancellation Policy if cancelled:
- 60 to 35 days ahead loss of 200 euros.
- 34 to 14 days loss of 1 night rate.
- 14 to 1 day or in case of non show or early departure loss of entire amount due.

Service charge is not included and is at the guests discretion.
