Grand Chateau Suites - Rooms 21 - 40:
The Château wing hosts twenty Suites within its grand building and can be enjoyed as a private residence for larger groups. With direct drop off access, these 50 sq m suites are the latest addition to the Fairlawns bespoke collection. Four of the suites convert to two family suites with inter-leading lobbies. The Grand Château has an upstairs communal relaxation area with a large fireplace and access to complimentary Wi-Fi. Ramped wheel-chair access and a lift has been incorporated into the design, as well as easy vehicular drop off and collection right to the grand entrance stairs.
Courtyard Suites - Rooms 1 - 12:
These twelve Suites form an elegant courtyard graced by a formal garden. These Suites are all individually decorated, 54 sq m suites with beautiful hand-painted techniques, high corniced ceilings, sumptuous fabrics and custom made classical furniture. The spacious bathrooms are fully equipped with bidets, marble vanities, large separate showers and baths.  Working fireplaces enhance the romanticism of the suites.
Villa Suites - Rooms 13 - 18:
The six Villa Suites are named after such distinguished men and women as Emily Hobhouse, Jan Smuts, Nelson Mandela, The Dalai Lama, Harry Oppenheimer and Mahatma Gandhi, all with some connection to either the history of the property or the history of South Africa. Each has been individually designed, both architecturally and decoratively. Some have separate showers and jet baths, as well as under-tile floor heating in the bathrooms, heated towel rails and working fireplaces.  As in all the Fairlawns Suites, special attention has been given to the small details that make a difference - books, bedside tea-light holders, selected artwork, antiques and personalised furniture. Presidential Suite - Room 19:
This suite was especially designed for visiting dignitaries and sophisticated world travellers.  The Suite consists of: two private en-suite bedrooms; a master and a guest bedroom upstairs, Formal Lounge and Formal Dining Room.
