Description: Mas de Torrent

Right in the heart of the Empordà we find Mas de Torrent. It has an excellent location: an hour and a half from Barcelona, fifteen minutes from the main beaches of the Costa Brava, and just a few kilometers away from the medieval town of Pals and the Roman ruins at Ampúries.

Mas de Torrent has 20 bungalows overlooking the hotel gardens. They all have their own small private garden as well as direct access to the grounds surrounding the swimming pool. They are decorated to be both welcoming and functional.

La Masía has 10 bedrooms, all decorated diferently.

The recently opened 7 Luxury Suites are located among the hotel gardens. They all have a bedroom, a spacious living room, two independent bathrooms (one with Jacuzzi) and a magnificent private terrace with a solar paneled swimming pool. The ambience is warm and cozy.

Just as the 10 rooms in the main building, all suites and bungalows feature air conditioning, safe, direct telephone, mini-bar, satellite television, free Internet access, video and music.

The restaurant is a very special place. It offers cuisine based on the wealth of local seasonal products from the sea and land in an elegant, informal, rustic and very welcoming atmosphere. There is also a new pool restaurant.

Mas de Torrent is the perfect setting for meetings, in rooms equipped with audiovisual amenities and the necessary degree of privacy. The hotel also prepares select, specially designed menus for business conventions and meetings.

The hotel's setting is perfect for practising sports. The best golf courses and sports marinas on the Costa Brava are less than 14 km. away. Horse-riding schools and even aerodromes are some of the other options available. If you prefer, you can go on an excursion to the nearby cities of great artistic interest such as Girona and Figueres (the Dalí Museum).

Hotel ammenities include: swimming pool, billiard table, tennis court, paddle tennis, and mountain bikes.

Area interests include: Medieval villages of Pals and Peratallada, Golf de l'Empordà, Golf de Pals, Microlight Casino, Costa Brava's beaches, and Water sports.
