Rooms in the Guardroom:
Four rooms in the newest part of the Abbey, dating back to 1500. These spaces have been transformed into comfortable rooms with private bathroom, shower, TV set, mini fridge and hair dryer. Views of the inner garden and the surrounding landscape.
Rooms in the Lodge:
Four rooms on the ground floor in the small cloister, dating back to 15th century. They are intimate and secluded; they are reached through a small door. These rooms have low ceilings, a small, well-lit window in the thick walls, and en-suite bathrooms.
Rooms in the Cloister:
Eleven rooms on the first floor, with entrance from the cloister. Each room is different, unique in style. Two rooms overlook the small cloister, others have views of the village of Umbriano, while still more look onto Mount Solenne. The rooms have thick stone walls and are steeped in Benedictine history. All these rooms have en-suite bathrooms and air-conditioning.
Family Suite:
This suite is on the ground floor, with the entrance from the cloister. The bedroom is small and secluded, and overlooks the valley. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful fireplace. A sofa bed for two is available, so the room is suitable for a family or small group of four people.
The Abbot's Suite:
This is perhaps the most beautiful room in the abbey. It offers well-lit windows overlooking the valley and the village of Umbriano. This Junior suite has high ceilings and massive wooden beams, and features an enormous 16th century painting depicting St. Peter. It offers a small living-room with a fireplace, and a bedroom with king-size bed. A comfortable bathroom with hydro-massage bath. Air conditioning.
