A short walk from all the sights and attractions, including the old town, the pier, East Hill, the double-deck promenade and the castle, guests can explore the coast on the Saxon Shore Way, or ride the National Cycle Network NCR2 route. The perfect setting for weddings and civil unions, the whole house can be booked for intimate, private celebrations. As a member of Local Sussex Breakfasts, The Old Rectory B&B serves delicious, wholesome and varied breakfasts, featuring locally sourced produce and home baked bread, home made sausages and in-house cured bacon. Kippers and smoked fish come from Rock-a-Nore traditional fishmongers in Hastings old town. For the final touches to any stay, The Old Rectory B&B's expert staff can arrange picnic hampers, champagne and flowers, theatre tickets, restaurant reservations. Type of rooms: The Old Rectory B&BAll Saints:All Saints is a light, spacious room at the front of the house, it has a super king-size bed that can be made into twin beds. There is another double bedroom at the back, which creates our All Saints Suite (see link above), ideal for friends or families. All Saints has a luxurious en-suite bathroom and a separate wet-room. Crown: The Crown Room is the perfect room for romance... Large, luxurious and opulent, decorated in pale grey with rich burgundy accents and a smoked glass chandelier, the Crown Room is at the front of the house and offers a king-size bed and a roll-top bath in the bedroom. The sink and toilet are hidden behind a secret door. Ebenezer: The Ebenezer Room is an elegant, large double room on the first floor at the front of the house. It has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with an overhead shower. It is decorated with shades of grey and has a feature wall of Wedgwood Calendar plates. Tackleway: Tackleway is a quiet double at the back of the house, with a picture window overlooking the garden. It's a stylish and cosy room, papered with an original Sanderson wallpaper from the 1970s. It has a double bed and a large en-suite marble shower room. Sinnock: Sinnock is a large, light room, decorated in calming muted greys and blues with hand-painted panelled wallpaper. It also has the benefit of both an en-suite bathroom and a cleverly hidden wet-room. Sinnock has a super king-size bed and can either be used as a double or twin. Cobourg: Cobourg is a bright double room at the back of the building, which overlooks the fabulous garden and is quiet and tranquil. This elegant room is decorated in muted greens and creams for a relaxing feel and has a double bed and en-suite marble bathroom, with overhead shower. Croft: Croft is a large, bright double room on the second (top) floor, which overlooks the tranquil garden. Painted in a warm cream colour, this room has hand-painted floral picture panels and a calm feel. There is a double bed, small sofa and en-suite shower room. Rock a Nore: Rock a Nore is on the second (top) floor at the front of the house. This cosy room is decorated in muted greys, with vintage French furniture. There is a double bed and large en-suite marble shower room. All Saints Suite: The suite is the All Saints room plus another double room at the back of the house. Perfect for four friends to share; the bed in All Saints can be made into two large singles, so good for families, too.
