Each delightful bedroom has free Wi-Fi Internet, coffee and tea making facilities, a radio, a private bathroom with amenities and some have a free standing bathtub.
The garden and house are cozy, sweet and domesticated while the nearby Norfolk coast is rugged. The villages of Titchwell, Thornham, Burnham Overy Staithe and Brancaster Staithe, and Burnham Market are a short drive from the property.

Beds: All rooms are super king or king beds. One room (number 1, also accessible room) can be made in to twin beds. Room 9 can be made up as 2 x super king or a super king and twin beds - can also fit a baby’s cot. Several rooms, including room 1, 4, 5, 11 can fit an extra bed and/or baby’s cot. Room 12 can be made up with super king and 2 spare beds and a baby’s cot

Dining: It is a short drive to towns for lunch and dinner. For afternoon refreshment or a nightcap, there is an Honesty Bar for when the kitchen is closed and your hosts are away.

Cars & Parking: You will need a car to get to this rural location and there is plenty of parking on site. Tesla and Electric Car charging points.
Pets: Well behaved dogs may be permitted only in rooms 1 and 12 with prior permission only (subject to availability and confirmation). Charges apply. They may not: be on the beds or furniture, nor in any dining rooms or in the kitchen, nor left unattended anywhere in the bedrooms, house or grounds. They must remain under control at all times and you must clear up after your dogs.
Horses: Your horses may stay at the neighboring stables, with prior notice, subject to availability and confirmation.Charges apply.
Minimum Stay: 2 nights at weekends - 1 night on weeknights
Check-in: 3.30pm - 8.00pm. Check-out before 11.00am. Charges may apply for any variations outside these times.
Deposit: 25% charged upon booking. If cancelled more than 24 hours before arrival, return of deposit (for bed and breakfast).
Special Events & Meetings: Book the whole house for a family reunion or business meeting. The property is secluded and spacious. The Wi-Fi is fast and free and The White House is fully equipped for board meetings and team building gatherings.
The horse barn next door also hosts equine events.

How to get here: From London or midlands (A10, A47 etc) via Kings Lynn:
Bypass Kings Lynn to the A148 East towards Fakenham. First village you come to is Hillington. Turn left towards Flitcham and Docking on the B1153 just after leaving Hillington. Follow the B1153 all the way to Docking. At the crossroads in Docking turn right and then left after the church back onto the B1153 towards Brancaster.
Travel 0.8 miles out of Docking before taking the fork right on a left hand bend, by a small fir wood and war memorial. Keep on this single track road for 1.3 miles until you see a right turn, signposted to Sussex Barn. Drive for 0.9 miles to a left turn signposted for The White House and Sussex Barn. You are then on the drive to The White House, it is on the left after about 0.5 miles.
From London (M11 etc) via Fakenham:
From Fakenham bypass take the A148 West to its junction with B1454. Take this right turn and follow the road to Docking. Once in Docking, keep going until you see a right turn onto the B1153 (just past the school and before the church) then follow directions above (Travel 0.8 miles out of Docking etc.).
