Sign of the Angel specialises in delicious, honest cuisine, created from the finest seasonal produce from local suppliers, and from sustainable farmers, growers and butchers. Guests can choose from set menus or à la carte dining, and there is a carefully chosen wine list, along with a great selection of artisan beers and ales. Meals can be enjoyed in the cosy dining rooms, featuring authentic period décor and open fireplaces, or on warm summer's days, in the Angel Garden, with centuries old apple trees and a gently flowing stream.
