Traditional Junior Suites are larger than the Guestrooms, and offer exceptional amenities, outstanding comforts, a king or super-king sized bed as well as their very own restful seating area, perfect for relaxing with a good book or a glass of something special. Individually designed, each suite enjoys its own unique feature; whether it's a roll top, whirlpool or twin bath, a grand four poster bed, original features or idyllic views of the grounds. Deluxe Junior Suites: Located in either the Main House or the Mews Cottages directly adjacent to the hotel. The very best of the luxurious Junior Suites, the Deluxe Junior Suites offer the most lavish furnishings with an iPod docking station, a Nespresso coffee machine and a television in both the bedroom and bathroom as standard. No two Deluxe Junior Suites are the same as some are furnished with dark traditional oak while others are more contemporary and each boasts its own special feature. Guests can choose from a suite set on two floors, private balcony and patio seating, a four-poster bed, views across the grounds, a walk in shower with rain bars or a roll top, whirlpool or infinity bath. Lordsmeer Suite: Located in the Main House and with stunning views over the lawns courtesy of a large bay window, Lordsmeer is possibly the most spectacular master suite in the house. A contemporary, spacious, high ceilinged and light room, Lordsmeer has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment. The small seating area provides sumptuous furniture overlooking the grounds of the hotel or a spot to watch the flat-screen television. To the rear of the room is a granite fireplace with a large ornate oak mantelpiece. Despite the large oak beams, the bathroom, which is up a few slate steps, is contemporary and offers a large walk-in shower, 'his-n-hers' sinks, plasma television, a pretty stained glass window and under-floor heating. Ludlow Cottage: For a large helping of traditional style, this two storey master suite is on a grand scale. Located in the Mews Cottages, Ludlow feels more like a private cottage than a hotel suite. After entering through the front door, the stairs lead up into the large, high-beamed bedroom featuring original floorboards and stone-work, a super king-sized Colonial bed, a seating area and flat screen television. Downstairs there is a very large lounge with oak panelling, open fire place, stained glass window, television and three windows along the length of the cottage letting in plenty of natural daylight. The large bathroom on the ground floor has a whirlpool bath and a large walk in shower. The small kitchen provides facilities for cooking hot snacks and drinks. There is also a small garden to the rear of the cottage with access through the kitchen. Archway Cottage: Set on two floors, Archway is more a luxurious cottage than a hotel room. Enter through the welcoming porch into the low-beamed lounge with dining table, spacious sitting room and a wood-burner set in the original decorative fireplace. Up the ancient spiral stone staircase reveals a roll-top bath accented by iconic blue lighting complete with plasma television set into the wall. To the right is the gorgeous bathroom with 'his-n-hers' sinks, a large walk-in shower and original stone window frames. To the left, three more stone steps lead up into the bedroom, with a super king-sized bed with ornate wrought iron bedstead, characteristic lattice windows and views over Castle Combe village. The cottage also has a Nespresso coffee machine for the perfect pick me up at any time of the day or evening. Archway has a large one-level, Exclusive Junior Suite named 'Marsh Furlong' adjoining it through a connecting door in Archway's lounge. If both Archway and March Furlong are taken as a joint booking, this provides a private cottage with a garden, perfect for families. Waterfall Lodge: Just a stone's throw from the clubhouse and overlooking the 18th green, The Waterfall Lodge at The Manor House Golf Club provides an ideal base for a small party of like-minded enthusiasts, golf societies or group of friends to play the No.1 course in Wiltshire. With four twin bedrooms, two showers, two toilets and a small lounge complete with television and DVD player, it is the perfect place to allow players to reside close enough to the course to play as much golf as possible during their stay.
